Gary Dean Franklin, age 70, of Nippa died Sunday March 21, 2021 at the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland, KY. He was born on December 17, 1950 to the late Edgar and Cynthia Caudill Franklin. On July 4, 2002 he married June Vanhoose Franklin who survives.

Funeral Services are scheduled for 1 P.M. Wednesday March 24, 2021 with Richard Music officiating. Friends may visit the Preston Funeral Home from 11 A.M. until time of services Wednesday.
