The Kentucky Blood Center is in need of donors to combat a critical shortage across the state. Appointments to donate blood can be made by calling 800.775.2522 or by visiting kybloodcenter.org. The following locations are avaliable for appointments, Andover Donor Center in Lexington, Beaumount Donor Center in Lexington, Hillview Donor Center in Louisville, Middletown Donor Center in Lousiville, Pikeville Donor Center in Pikeville and Somerset Donor Center in Somerset. Donors must be 17 years old or olde,r or 16 with gaurdian permission, be in general good health and meet additional requirements. Face covers are required upon arrival.
