For those 16 and over, appointments can be made at McDowell ARH by calling 606.377.3406 or Martin ARH by calling 606.285.6609

For those 18 and over, appointments can be made at Prestonsburg ARH by calling 606.886.6367.

All locations will continue to prioritize residents in phases 1A, 1B and 1C.
