Just over a week ago, police arrested Bryan Carroll at the University of Kentucky hospital, due to belief that Carroll was potentially dangerous.

Police say that after the arrest they found multiple weapons, including 4 active explosives.

As of Thursday, prosecutors have dropped one charge, bringing Carroll’s total charges to 13 at this time. Though federal charges my follow later.

Officers say at the time of arrest they found multiple weapons in Carroll’s possession including a handgun, two rifles, 4 active bombs and one inactive IED.

Carroll’s case is being pushed to the grand jury.
