The Perry County Sheriff’s Department responded to complaints of gunshots on the Perry Breathitt county line Friday evening. Police responded to a home on Feb Fork Road and arrested 31 year old Joseph Collins on one count of attempted murder. The name or condition of the victim is not known at this time as the investigation is on going.
