A man is accused of killing a mother and her three year old daughter after a shooting broke out in Charleston on Friday. Police say once they arrived to the scene they found 22 year old Chastanay Joseph and her three year old daughter has been shot, Joseph had multiple gunshot wounds and the toddler had one wound in her chest. Both were taken to the hospital where the mother has died, the daughter is in stable condition. Police say 46 year old Dorian Clark opened fire on the two and faces 1st degree murder and Malicious wounding charges.
