Two men from Pineville are accused of stealing parts from a van that belongs to the Pineville Independent School District. The Pineville police department say the received a call reporting two men stealing parts off of a van on Friday, doing over $1,000 in damages. Police arrested 35 year old Nathan Gerrells and 35 year old Preston Emmett in connection to the crime. Gerrells is faced with charges of theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief, Emmett is also charged with theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief as well as previously being wanted for trafficking controlled substances and contempt of court.
