Karen Sue Jones, age 69 of Melvin, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. She was born March 31, 1952 in Pike County, Kentucky to the late Pluma Compton Coleman.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 15, 2021 at 6pm at the church and will continue all day Friday, April 16, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 1pm at Ligon Community Freewill Baptist Church, Ligon, Kentucky with Jeremy Lucas officiating

Burial will follow at Jones Family Cemetery, Melvin, Kentucky
