Tina Howard, age 57, a resident of Flat Fork Road in Salyersville, Kentucky; passed away Monday, April 12, 2021 at her home.

Tina was born August 28, 1963 in Paintsville, Kentucky daughter of the late Henry Howard and Jewel Howard Perkins. She is proceeded in death by her father Henry Howard, step father Ray Perkins, son Freddy Brown, brother Nelson Dick Howard and grandchild Jeremy Ray Howard.

Funeral services for Tina Howard will be conducted Sunday, April 18, 2021 at 2:00 PM from the Bethlehem to Calvary Apostolic Church in Salyersville, Kentucky. Clergy Johnnie Reed will deliver comforting words on the day of the service. Interment will follow in the Freddy Brown Cemetery on Left Hand fork of Johnson in Salyersville, Kentucky. The family will welcome friends Saturday, April 17, 2021 after 6:00 PM and anytime prior to the funeral services. Contributions can be made to the memorial fund here at the funeral home. COVID 19 restrictions are enforced for public safety.
