Terina Ann Hicks, age 54 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Hazard ARH, Hazard, Kentucky. She was born November 22, 1966 in Warsaw, Indiana to Diana Fitzpatrick Webb of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and the late Charles D. Webb. She was the wife of Charles E. Hicks. She was a homemaker and of Pentecostal Faith.

Visitation will begin Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Wednesday, April 21, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 2pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky wit Jurd Rucker officiating

Burial will follow at Hicks Cemetery, Blue River, Kentucky
