Debra Colleen Webb, age 61 of Pikeville, Kentucky passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021 at her home.

She was a retired school teacher of the Pike Co. Board of Education, teaching at Brushy Elementary and Bevins Elementary. She was a Christian and a member of the Baptist Church.

Debra was born in Pikeville, Kentucky on October 6, 1959 the daughter of the late Wallace Virgil Webb and Necia Aleyna Hale Webb.

Visitation will be 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Thursday, April 22, 2021 in the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 23, 2021 in the J.W. Call Funeral Home Chapel with John George Blackburn officiating. Burial will follow in the Webb Family Cemetery at Brushy, Kentucky.
