The Floyd county sheriff’s office conducted a search at a home in Allen that lead to 3 arrests. 38 year old Austin Shephard was arrested on 7 charges including trafficking controlled substances, tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia. 37 year old Bethany Hall was arrested on an outstanding warrent as well as possession of marijuana and tampering with physical evidence, and 36 year old James Justice was arrested on an outstanding warrent.
