A former Letcher County teacher who has already been charged with sexual assault to a 14 year old and sexual exploitation of a minor is now facing cyber-stalking charges as well. 48 year-old Charles Evans Hall JR. was charged by the Letcher Circuit Court with Sodomy, and sexual abuse of a 14 year old student following an investigation in 2018 and now will face charges claiming he used social media platforms to harrass and intimidate an unidentified person. Hall was already facing up to 30 years, these new charges could add up to 5 more years to his sentencing.
