Iona Ruth Clevinger, 72, of Prestonsburg, KY formerly of Pike County, KY, passed away Monday, April 26, 2021 at Hazard ARH, Hazard, KY. She was born March 28, 1949 to the late Stallard and Alma Adkins in Pikeville, KY.

Iona will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her dearly.
The family will accept friends at the Thacker Memorial Funeral Home on Thursday, April 29, 2021 from 6:00PM to 10:00PM with a service beginning at 7:00PM. Funeral Services will be held Friday, April 30, 2021 at 12:00PM with burial to follow at the Adkins Cemetery, Pikeville, KY. Jimmy Jack Adkins will be officiating all services.
