Karen Sue Mullins, age 52 of Thealka, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, April 24, 2021 at Paul B. Hall Medical Center.

She is survived by her husband David Mullins; her father, Arlie “Curley” Castle, Jr of Thealka, Kentucky; one daughter, Ashley Mullins Music of Sitka, Kentucky; one sister, Mary Ann Castle Stepp of Thealka, Kentucky; and one granddaughter.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with burial to follow at Johnson County Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home Wednesday, April 28, 2021 from 12:00 Noon until time of service at 2:00 p.m.
