Steven Shane Stephens, age 44 of Martin, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at his residence. He was born April 11, 1977 in Martin, Kentucky to William Earl Stephens & Peggy Risner Stephens. He was a disabled mail carrier. Along with his parents he is survived by his Brothers: Samuel Scott (Carla) Stephens of McDowell, Kentucky & Robert (Kim) Conley of Prestonsburg, Kentucky; Sister: Stephanie (Ricky) Thacker of Pikeville, Kentucky; Nieces & Nephews: Cameron Blake, Kylie Reese, Aaron Jacob, Cory Conley, Will Conley, Jaden Conley, Isabella Thacker, Braden Thacker, Sierra Crawford & Austin Crawford. He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 1 pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Chuck Hall officiating

Burial will follow at Risner-Bradley Cemetery, Alum Lick, Martin, Kentucky
