Floretta Ousley, 65 of Allen, KY, passed away April 30, 2021 at Hazard ARH. Born February 9, 1956, she was the daughter of the late John Lee & Joetta Crum Adkins. Floretta was a retired clerk for Pioneer Credit.

Visitation will be after 1pm Sunday (May 2, 2021) and all day Monday (May 3, 2021) at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, KY

Funeral services will be held Tuesday (May 4, 2021) at the funeral home with Bud Crum Officiating . Burial will follow in the Adkins Cemetery, Martin, KY
