Ralph Thomas Hatfield, 71 of Ransom, KY passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2021 at Cabell Huntington Hospital. Ralph was born on April 11, 1950, in South Williamson, KY, the son on the late Ralph Ed Hatfield and his mother who survives him, Dollie Marie Akers Hatfield of Ransom, KY.

Ralph was a retired coal miner, member of the U.M.W.A. and of the Church of God faith. Ralph proudly served our country in the United States Army having served in the Vietnam conflict.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, May 10, 2021, beginning at 1 PM at R.E. Rogers Funeral Home chapel, with Elder Eddie Shirryl Hatfield officiating. Entombment will follow at Mountain View Memory Gardens Mausoleum, Huddy, KY. Ralph’s family and friends will be serving as pallbearers. Belfry Chapter #141 Disabled American Veterans will conduct military graveside rites. Visitation will be held on Sunday evening from 6-9 PM at the funeral home.
