Roger Estep, age 72 of Staffordsville, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2021 at Community Hospice in Ashland, Kentucky.

    Born July 26, 1948 in Johnson County, he was the son of the late Gilbert “Bert” Estep and Sarah Ann “Dixie” (Trimble) Estep.

He served in the United States Army in Vietnam and was a surface miner, heavy equipment operator.

    Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Saturday, May 8, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 1:00pm to 9:00pm Friday and from 9:00am until the time of service on Saturday. Auxier Chapter 18 D.A.V will conduct Military Services.
