Cody Centers Slone, age 29, of Pine Top, KY, passed away Saturday, May 8, 2021, at her home.
She was born at Hazard, KY on April 4, 1992 to Garland Centers and Brenda Vance Centers.
Cody was a Medical Assistant and worked as a Permanent Cosmetic Specialist.

Funeral services for Cody Centers Slone will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 11:00AM with Jordan Honeycutt officiating. Burial will follow at the Vance Cemetery at Pinetop, KY. Visitation will be held at the Chapel, Friday evening after 6PM.
