She was born at Hazard, KY on December 21, 1953 to Harim Nix and Mable Hughes Nix.

Funeral services for Nannie Noble will be held at Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Friday, May 14, 2021, at 10:00AM with Ricky Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the Noble Cemetery at Rowdy, KY. Visitation will be held at the Chapel, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6PM to 9PM with additional services Thursday evening at 7PM.
