Theresa Laverne Slone Ousley age 60 of Martin wife of Eric Ousley to whom she married June 19th, 1982 passed away from this life on Sunday May 9th, 2021 at her residence. Theresa was born on December 9th, 1960 in Paintsville to the late Raymond Slone and Laverne Reedy Slone.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ousley will be held Thursday May 13th, 2021 at 12noon at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home in Martin with Buddy Gannon officiating and burial to follow at Ousley Cemetery (Cloverfield Branch) Martin, Kentucky.
Visitation will begin Tuesday after 6pm at the funeral home and continue Wednesday until the day of the funeral.
