Connie Sue Vaughn, age 56 of Prestonsburg, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, May 10, 2021 at St. Mary’s Hospital, Huntington, West Virginia. She was born January 4, 1965 in Martin, Kentucky to Olive Rose Dawson Neeley of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and the late Norman Ray Bryant.

Visitation will begin Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Friday, May 14, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Burial will follow at Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, Kentucky
