Jimmy “Booger” Watkins age 67 of Salyersville, Kentucky passed away Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center in Pikeville, Kentucky.  He was born May 27, 1953 at Tip Top, Kentucky, to the John Clay and Melva Jean Minix Watkins.

Funeral services will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. Sunday, May 16, 2021 from the Tip Top United Baptist Church with Larry Williams officiating.  Burial will follow in the Cleve Bailey Cemetery at Tip Top, Kentucky.  Friends may visit the church after 6:00 P.M. Saturday, May 15, 2021 and any time prior till funeral services.
