Wally Frazier, 56 of Lexington, Ky. formerly of Elkhorn City, was born on April 23, 1965 in Chicago, Il. to James E and Almedia Damron Frazier and passed away at home on Thursday. He was the manager at Pearl Vision Express. He was preceded in death by his father and a brother: Jr. Frazier. Wally is survived by his mother; Almedia and a host of friends. Funeral arrangements will be announced at a later date.
