Sheila Renee Smith, age 34, of Winchester, KY, passed away May 14, 2021 at Clark Regional Medical Center. She was born April 14, 1987 in Columbus, OH to Randall Craig Smith and Catherine Wadsworth.

Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 2:00 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Greg Maynard officiating. Burial will follow in the Riverview Memorial Garden, Louisa, KY.

Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
