Governor Andy Beshear spoke in a media briefing on Monday regarding the fall school year for Kentucky, saying he does not believe a mask mandate will be necessary in a school setting in the fall.

Beshear said that he believes that vaccines will be available to those younger than 12 before the summer concludes.

He also said he is looking forward to school returning to normal, and school children having a fully normal and in person school year.
