Clotine Lewis, age 79 of Stanville, Kentucky, passed away on Monday, May 17, 2021 at Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, Kentucky. She was born September 3, 1941 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Estill Marie Gunnells.

Visitation will begin Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Thursday, May 20, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 21, 2021 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Jim Orrison officiating

Burial will follow at Davidson Memorial Gardens, Ivel, Kentucky
