Patricia Slone Mullins passed away Sunday, May 16, 2021 at her residence in Littcarr, KY. She was 60 years old. Patricia was born July 22, 1960 at Hazard, KY., the daughter of the late, Jake Slone and Verdie Wooton Slone.

Funeral: Friday, May 21, 2021 at 1:00 P.M. at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel in Hindman, KY.
Ministers: Rev. Roy Slone, Rev. Darrell Caldwell and Rev. Eugene Thacker

Interment: Katherine Bentley Cemetery, Littcarr, KY.

Pallbearers: William Banks, Christian Baker, Harold Mullins, Henley Hollifield, Seth Mosley and Tyler Wilson

Visitation: Wednesday, May 19, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. with additional services at 7:00 P.M. and Thursday, May 20, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. with additional services at 7:00 P.M. at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home Chapel.

All the services will be conducted by the Dwayne Walker Funeral, Hyden, KY & Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home chapel in Hindman, KY
