William Arthur “Pogo” Davis, age 80 of Flatwoods, Kentucky passed away Monday, May 17, 2021 after an extended battle with dementia.

Born April 22, 1941 in Johnson County, he was the son of the late Frank Davis and Emma (Clark) Davis of Van Lear, Kentucky and the husband of over 57 years, Nola K. (Music) Davis.

Funeral services will be held 12:00pm Thursday, May 20, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Music Family Cemetery, Van Lear. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 6:00pm to 8:00pm Wednesday and from 9:00am to 12:00pm Thursday prior to the service. Manford Fannin will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
