Shelby Jean Adkins, 84, of Pikeville, KY, passed away at the Pikeville Medical Center on Monday, May 17, 2021. Shelby was born on August 16, 1936 to the late Columbus and Mary Eggers Blackburn in Pike County, KY.

Family will accept friends at the Greasy Creek Freewill Baptist Church on Wednesday, May 19, 2021 beginning at 6 P.M. and also on Thursday, May 20, 2021 with nightly services starting at 7 P.M. Funeral Service for Shelby will be Friday, May 21, 2021 starting at 1 P.M. at the Church. Burial will follow at the Annie E. Young Cemetery with Jimmy Jack Adkins and Others officiating all services for Shelby.
