James Michael Brown, age 60, of Denver, KY passed away Wednesday, May 19, 2021.  He is survived by three sons, James Matthew Brown (Brandi) of Pikeville, KY, Ryan Michael Brown (Amber) of Georgetown, KY, Casey Joseph Brown (Samantha) of Hancocks Bridge, NJ; his mother, Peggy Brown of Hager Hill, KY; one brother, Paul David Brown, Jr (Cathy) of Staffordsville, KY; two sisters, Judy Grim (Mark) of Paintsville, KY, Cathy Wright (Rick) of East Point, KY; seven grandchildren; his significant other, Carolyn Blevins and his best friend, Hank.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, May 25, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Seth Carter officiating.  Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, KY.   Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Monday, May 24, 2021 from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Tuesday, May 25. 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m.
