Kentucky Senator Rand Paul spoke about Governor Andy Beshear’s mask mandates, and his June 11th plan to lift nearly all regulations regarding COVID19.

Senator Paul says that a majority of the rulings Beshear has made have no backing from Kentucky legislature, saying Beshear did not follow new laws requiring him to have these edicts approved by the legislature.

Paul says a Kentucky Supreme Court hearing is scheduled for early June to decide rather or not the state legislature has the ability to trim the rights of the Governor.
