Charles Edward Justice, age 88 of Martin, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at his residence. He was born September 5, 1932 in Floyd County, Kentucky to the late Sim & Gracie Patton Justice. He was the husband of the late Cassie Mae Justice. He was a member of Spurlock Bible Church and a Veteran.

He will be missed by all that knew and loved him.

Visitation will be held Thursday, May 27, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home

Funeral Services will be held Friday, May 28, 2021 at 12 noon at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Ed Taylor

Burial will follow at Justice Family Cemetery, Bucks Branch, Martin, Kentucky
