Randall Marcum, 70 of Ona, WV, formerly of Hatfield, KY passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at his residence. Randall was born on January 20, 1951 in Hatfield, KY the son of the late Tan Marcum and Marie Elkins Perkins. Randall proudly served our country in the United States Army. He was a retired lineman and supervisor for the power company.
