Edward A. Mullins, 70 of Rockhouse, KY passed away Thursday, May 20, 2021, at his residence. He was a retired railroad engineer and a member of the Marrowbone Missionary Baptist Church. Eddie was born May 22, 1950, at Elkhorn City, KY to the late Alec Mullins and Grace Haynes Mullins.

Visitation will be from 2-4PM Saturday, May 29, 2021 at the Bailey Funeral Home Chapel with a memorial service to begin at 4PM.
