Ola Patrick, age 81, of Inez, KY, passed away May 23, 2021 at her residence. She was born May 23, 1940 in Martin County, KY to the late Floyd and Oma Fletcher Maynard.

Funeral services will be May 27, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the chapel of Crum Funeral Home with Billy Boyd officiating. Burial will follow in the Patrick Cemetery. Friends may visit at the funeral home on Tuesday and Wednesday from 6 PM to 9 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Crum Funeral Home of Inez, KY.
