Della was born on January 13, 1948 in Ohio to the parents of William Thomas Evans and Sallie Marie Castle Evans.

Officiating services will be her brother Robert (Bob) Evans at the Preston Funeral Home Chapel on Friday at 2 P.M. Special harmonica rendition by her brother Thomas (Buddy) Evans with an accompaniment of family singers and a special friend, Larry Duty.

Burial will be at Staffordsville Cemetery with Preston Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
