Tina Lee Collins, 53, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at her home. Tina was born in Columbus, OH on April 4, 1968 to Claude Wheeler and Janet Duffy.  In addition to her father, Tina was preceded in death by her daughter Samantha Neubig and her sister Sachiko Wheeler.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday, June 4, 2021 at 1:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Coffey Shortridge Cemetery. Friends may visit the family on Friday, June 4, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Young Funeral Home Chapel.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to help offset funeral expenses.
