Julius Benard Bowling, age 77 of Hager Hill, Kentucky, passed away Thursday, June 3, 2021 at King’s Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, Kentucky.

Born October 11, 1943 in Chatteroy, West Virginia, he was the son of the late Paris Bowling and Mildred (Smith) Bowling.

Funeral services will be held 1:00pm Monday, June 7, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home with burial to follow in the Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 9:00pm Saturday, 4:00pm to 9:00pm Sunday and until the time of service on Monday. Charles Hyden will officiate.
