Jay Thomas Thompson, 68, of Louisa, KY went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at the Ohio State University Medical Center.  Jay was born October 29, 1952 in Louisa, KY to the late Ivie Everett and Viola Margaret (Spencer) Thompson.

A memorial service will be held Sunday, June 20, 2021 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM in the Young Funeral Home Chapel.

Young Funeral Home has been entrusted with the care of Mr. Thompson and his family.
