Robert Ira Lucas, age 61, passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2021, at the Pikeville Medical Center.  Robert was born on October 25, 1959 to his parents the late Richard Paul Lucas Sr. and Carol Durler Lucas.

There will be a private family funeral.
