Jason Andrew Gwinn, age 59 of Paintsville, Kentucky, passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2021 at the Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, Kentucky.  Born January 30, 1962 in Columbus, Ohio he was the son of the late Robert Gwinn and Corrie Rowland Gwinn.

Funeral services will be held 12:00pm Saturday, June 12, 2021 in the chapel of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.  Ervin Rowland and Isaac Rowland will officiate.  Friends may visit at the Phelps & Son Funeral Home on Saturday from 10:00am until time of services at 12:00pm.  Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
