A Knott County man who pleaded guilty to child porn charges back in 2009 could be headed to prison for a third time. 39 year old Joshua Slone pleaded guilty to receiving child pornography and was sentenced to 13 years in prison. He was released from prison last year, but was sent back for four months in December, after he was arrested for alcohol intoxication. Now his probation officer is seeking to send him back to prison again, following unspecified accusations of breaking the law and using controlled substances. Slone is currently being held in the Pike County Detention Center. He has an initial court appearance scheduled for Friday.
