Kensley Brooke Bradley, 3-month-old daughter of Clyde Bradley and McKayla Blevins of Hueysville, Kentucky, passed away on June 9, 2021 at ARH-Our Lady of the Way, Martin, Kentucky. She was born March 1, 2021 in Floyd County, Kentucky.

Visitation will begin Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home and all day Sunday, June 13, 2021

Funeral Services will be held Monday, June 14, 2021 at 2pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky with Bill Tussey officiating

Burial will follow at Duncan Family Cemetery, Hueysville, Kentucky
