Stephen Nick Frazier, age 77 of Paintsville, Kentucky passed away Thursday, June 10, 2021 at his residence.

Born November 27, 1943 in Dayton, Ohio, he was the son of the late Foster and Ruby (Patrick) Frazier.

Funeral services will be held 11:00am Monday, June 14, 2021 at the Tom’s Creek Freewill Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Johnson County Memorial Cemetery, Staffordsville.  Friends may visit the Phelps & Son Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 8:00pm Saturday, 11:00am to 8:00pm Sunday and after 10:00am Monday at the church.  James Kelly Caudill will officiate.  Arrangements are under the direction of the Phelps & Son Funeral Home.
