Fred Mayhan, age 74, of Staffordsville, Kentucky, passed away Sunday, June 13, 2021 at his home.

Fred was born March 17, 1947 in Johnson County, Kentucky, son of the late Elmer Earl Mayhan and Esta Mae Ward Mayhan.

Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 16, 2021 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Phillip Keeton and Steve Rose officiating.  Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky.  Friends may call at Jones-Preston Funeral Home on Monday, June 14, 2021 from 5:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 15, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday, June 16, 2021 from 8:00 a.m. until time of service at 2:00 p.m.
