Two Pulaski County Constables are being charged after one was reported for suspicious activity by Somerset Police. Constables Michael Wallace and Gary Baldock are under investigation after the FBI found multiple grams of Meth between the two of them that is believed to be meant to plant on innocent people.

FBI Agents found 5.9 grams of meth in the home of Wallace and 0.5 grams of meth in a car on Baldock’s property. Wallace’s attorney says the meth was meant to be placed elsewhere at a later time and had not been moved. Both men’s attorney’s say the men never planted drugs on anyone and are innocent.

Both men are charged with conspiracy to violate the constitutional rights of people by searching their homes without proper cause and taking money or vehicles from them as well as possession of a controlled substance with intention to distribute.

Baldock is also charged with shooting at and wounding an FBI agent during his arrest. Officers opened fire in response and struck Baldock but he survived.
