Zelma Lois Givens McDowell, age 85, of Prestonsburg, KY, widow of Jack Wayne McDowell, passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021 at the Pikeville Medical Center, Pikeville, KY. She was born November 12, 1935 in Mt. Sterling, KY, the daughter of the late Jacob Whitney and Dorothy Setters Givens Hart.

Funeral service for Zelma will be conducted on Sunday, June 20, 2021 at 1:00 pm in the Hall Funeral Home Chapel with Tommy Reed officiating. Burial will follow in the McDowell Family Cemetery, Prestonsburg, KY. Visitation will be after 5:00 pm Saturday at Hall Funeral Home, Martin, KY.
