Derek Ray Stanley, age 41 of Banner, Kentucky, passed away on Friday, June 18, 2021 in Banner, Kentucky. He was born January 11, 1980 in Pikeville, Kentucky to John Milton Stanley and the late Brenda Lawson Stanley. He was a coal miner.

Visitation will begin Sunday, June 20, 2021 at 6pm at the funeral home and will continue all day Monday, June 21, 2021

Funeral Services will held Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 1pm at Nelson Frazier Funeral Home, Martin, Kentucky

Burial will follow at Yates & Lawson Cemetery, Honaker, Kentucky
